Hot stone massage involves using the basic Swedish massage techniques with rocks instead of the hands. The heat from the stones penetrates your body, bringing massage at a deeper level. Heat can be enormously effective at releasing the tension, alleviate spasms and enable a joint or muscles to be gently flexed and regain movement and mobility. It is comforting and relaxing, it will ease you into deeper restful and restorative sleep.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy Treatment

Indian head massage focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, shoulders and face, using circular massage strokes and warm argan oil with essential oils of your choice. Scalp massage reduces tension, helps managing headaches and migraines. It also helps with sleeplessness, restlessness, insomnia, anxiety and depression. The powerful antioxidants and nourishing fatty acids in argan oil keep your hair moisturized, protected against environmental damage and may improve hair growth. 
Note: After treatment your hair and scalp will be fully covered in oil.  To prolong the health benefits, it is suggested to keep oil on for 30 min to an hour before shampooing it out. Please plan your day accordingly.

Indie Head Massage Therapy Treatment

Prenatal massage is design for moms-to-be and can help to alleviate muscular and joint pain, release tension/tightness in back, neck, shoulders and increase blood circulation, which can provide more oxygen and nutrients to the growing baby. The massage is done in side-lying position only, supported by pillows, bolsters and wedge to avoid any pressure on belly and/or the vein that returns blood form your legs to your heart. It is very comfortable and soothing treatment which will give you some so much-needed relaxation during pregnancy.
